Voting times and dates are subject to change at The Miss America Organization's (the "Sponsor") sole discretion without notice.

There is a limit of one (1) vote per person and internet accessible device per contestant throughout the Voting Period, regardless of method of voting.

Employees of Sponsor, Ernst & Young, Villageous LLC ("Administrators"), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household of such employees (whether or not related) are not eligible to vote.

  2. How to Vote:

Administrators will then verify your vote. Once your vote has been verified, it will be counted toward the applicable contestant. Once your vote has been cast you will not be able to retract it or change it. All votes become the property of Sponsor.

For further information or if you have a question(s) on how to vote, please email your question(s) to voting@missamerica.org. We will endeavor to respond to enquiries within 24 hours, except when received during a weekend or holiday

Any attempt to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper or vandalize the www.missamerica.org website or interfere with the voting is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor may, in their sole discretion, cancel, suspend or modify this promotion, these Terms & Conditions, or any voting, at any time. In such case, up to one (1) Miss America contestant finalist will be selected from the eligible and verified votes received before termination, suspension, cancellation or modification of the Terms & Conditions, or as otherwise determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.
