What is the best advice you’ve ever received? The best advice I have ever received was to always make it a point to talk to strangers. The initial discomfort is worth it when your network and ability to connect with others is strengthened. I was given this piece of advice at the Fort Hays State University’s Spring 2022 commencement ceremony by the school’s president, Tisa Mason.
