A pioneer throughout her life, entrepreneur and author Yvonne “Bonnie” Garcia has accomplished many firsts. This trailblazer earned many roles and seized opportunities that had not been achieved by a Latina before her. Bonnie broke barriers holding inaugural roles that ranged from being the first Latina disc jockey in major Texas markets, to leading new cultural advertising for national nonprofits like the Muscular Dystrophy Association and ultimately directing Hispanic Marketing for Coca-Cola North America. She is known as a results-oriented visionary celebrated for bringing the Latino voice to a national stage.

After 22 years in corporate marketing, Bonnie founded Culture. Inspired. Marketing® firm MarketVision in San Antonio in 1998. She grew the company into one of the leading multicultural agencies in the country serving clients like the Centers for Disease Control, MassMutual, Coca-Cola, MillerCoors, Conagra Foods, and many more. Today, she continues to serve as CEO and chief creative officer of MarketVision, as well as owner of JFAYE Properties, a real-estate development company she founded in 2005. She has won numerous industry awards for both advertising campaigns and for her accomplishments as a leader and entrepreneur.

Bonnie recently renovated the building housing MarketVision’s main office in San Antonio where she is launching her newest business venture – INOV8, a creative meeting and event space. Bonnie published her first book in March 2020: Dale Ganas, a compilation of colorful, uplifting short stories and consejos (advice) inspired by her Latina heritage and her journey from humble beginnings in San Antonio to Corporate America to entrepreneurship and her years at the helm of MarketVision.
