What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “The worst thing they can say is no”. I grew up hearing this from my dad and it has influenced who I am today. Whenever I feel apprehensive or nervous about a big decision, I always hear his voice saying this to me as a little girl. As I continue down the road of legal and Indigenous advocacy, I know my dad prepared to be brave in and out of the courtroom. Thank you dad!
