Empower Academy
Is your child not quite ready to compete on the Miss America stage?
The Empower Academy is a leadership camp filled with expert-led workshops and activities that takes place twice per year in conjunction with our national Teen and Miss America competitions. The program is perfect for any child or teen looking to learn public speaking, safe use of social media, communication skills, and the power of giving back to the community. Participants are placed in one of two groups to ensure age-appropriate material: Pre-Teen Ambassadors includes ages 6-12, and Teen Advocates is for those 13-19. The Academy is open to all kids between 6-19.

Join us this coming year!
Participants will experience three event-filled days of workshops and fun during the Miss America’s Teen Competition. In addition to the expert-led workshops, each participant will have the opportunity to be on stage during the Teen Competition for a special segment. Registration includes tickets for participants to all events, a swag bag, and more.
