The Miss America Organization, the nation’s oldest women’s competition and a leading provider of scholarships for women in the United States, is excited to announce its sponsors and partnerships for the 2023 Miss America Competition.

Additionally, the 51 candidates competing for Miss America 2023 are being offered multiple full scholarships worth millions of dollars from the following universities*:

Dakota State University [$1,020,000]

  • All Candidates: Four-year award for the value of the Presidential Champion Scholarship (Currently valued at $5,000 per year for four years/$20,000 total). In the event the candidate would have qualified academically for the Presidential Champion Scholarship, a $1,000 per year for four-year scholarship bonus
  • Candidates must enroll in the following technology-focused degrees to be awarded the scholarship: Artificial Intelligence, Business Technology, Computer Education, Computer Game Design, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cyber Leadership and Intelligence, Cyber Operations, Network and Security Administration

Rowan University [$4,928,808]

  • All Candidates: Four-year Full-Tuition and Fees Scholarship (up to $24,345 per year)
    **A student cannot receive both merit-based and program-based awards. Students eligible for both awards will receive the higher award. This scholarship award will not exceed full-tuition and fees and will follow all university criteria and conditions.

Hollins University [$4,961,400]

  • Miss America: Four-year, renewable Full Tuition Scholarship, must apply, be accepted and enroll at Hollins as a first-year student – (up to $40,350 per year value)
  • All Candidates: Four-year, renewable $24,000 Tuition Scholarship, must apply, be accepted and enroll at Hollins as a first-year student

Sherman College of Chiropractic [$6,521,676]

  • All Candidates: Four-year Full-Tuition and Fees Scholarship (up to $24,345 per year)
    **A student cannot receive both merit-based and program-based awards. Students eligible for both awards will receive the higher award. This scholarship award will not exceed full-tuition and fees and will follow all university criteria and conditions.
