Scholastic Ambition: To obtain a Master of Fine Arts Degree.

My Proud Accomplishment: When I started track and field I was barely able to stay on the team. I went on to score at the Big 12 Track and Field Championship during my last season and was instructed to go out for USA Track and Field for Tokyo 2020.

Secret Wish or Dream: To travel the world and eat a popular dish from each location.

Bio: As a Division 1 Track and Field Heptathlete, Triana always had to be physically and mentally healthy for competition. With her platform, “Bridging the Great Cultural Divide,” she wants to instill in people of all ages a healthy mindset towards others. Through her partnership with The Boys and Girls Club, she has been able to reach hundreds of children across her state to promote culturosity – cultural compassion within ourselves and towards others. It is her hope to grow her audience and position as Miss Oklahoma/Miss America and be a key contributor to forums on the subject of race, culture, and diversity.
