Bio: Cecili Weber is proud to be representing the great Commonwealth of Virginia, a place that has won her heart with its history, charm, natural beauty, and kind-hearted citizens. A recent graduate of Hollins University of Roanoke, VA, she attributes her success and discovery of her passion for leadership to her rigorous academic and student government commitments during her collegiate years. As Miss Virginia, Cecili is looking forward to continuing her commitment to promoting her platform, “Born Leaders,” across the Commonwealth to instill confidence and civic interest in young people.
